Consulting & Training

  • Identify opportunities focused on customer satisfaction and productivity,
  • Support and train people in change management and continuous improvement culture: Deming cycles (DMAIC, PDSA, ...),
  • Support and train people in Meeting Management and Decision-Making: Parallel Thinking, Brainstorming,
  • Accompany to define and/or revise processes,
  • Contribute to strengthen partner relationships between customers and service providers through a facilitator role to develop reciprocity and bilateral transparency
  • Define and deliver specific adapted training based on Lean Six Sigma standards

Project Management

  • Coordinate and drive programs and projects, from the study till the implementation phase,
  • Encourage and facilitate relationship and interaction between clients and project teams,
  • Emphasize and facilitate responding to change during the project, promote flexibility,
  • Organize, train and coach teams.(GRPI)
