Audit & Analysis
- Aanalyse situations and processes through interviews, workshops and information gathering: Voice of Customer/Employee, Kaizen events
- Assess Process maturity (CMMI, CoBIT)
- Identify performance problems with process stakeholders,
- Identify risks and impacts: FMEA approach (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis),
- Define and implement performance measurement systems,
- Define quality and performance control criteria adapted to the business.
Consulting & Training
- Identify opportunities focused on customer satisfaction and productivity,
- Support and train people in change management and continuous improvement culture: Deming cycles (DMAIC, PDSA, ...),
- Support and train people in Meeting Management and Decision-Making: Parallel Thinking, Brainstorming,
- Accompany to define and/or revise processes,
- Contribute to strengthen partner relationships between customers and service providers through a facilitator role to develop reciprocity and bilateral transparency
- Define and deliver specific adapted training based on Lean Six Sigma standards
Project Management
- Coordinate and drive programs and projects, from the study till the implementation phase,
- Encourage and facilitate relationship and interaction between clients and project teams,
- Emphasize and facilitate responding to change during the project, promote flexibility,
- Organize, train and coach teams.(GRPI)
