Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, LSS Mentor and Kaizen Champion Trainer, for 12 years now I specialize in the reorganization of services and business processes to improve productivity and quality in order to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.

My Motivation:

I really interest in bringing value to people, by sharing my experience and my knowledge, by promoting them the right approach and the way of doing right things right first time to achieve goals. I believe that improvement is a teamwork and everyone's buy-in is a key success factor for a successful culture of continuous improvement in business.

It is not for me to just bring THE solution but to facilitate people to interact together and to understand for themselves what and how to do their job better, and thus make them autonomous so that the approach and the benefits sustain after my intervention.
